We Clear It

Accept the quote and we arrange collection at a time that suits you. Most jobs are collected within 24 hours, and we offer flexible scheduling to fit around your day.

We arrive at the agreed time — the crew handles all the heavy lifting, loading, and cleanup.

We sweep up after ourselves — you are left with a clean, clear space.

Responsible disposal — everything is taken to a licensed waste transfer station. We recycle over 90% of what we collect.

Waste transfer note — you receive a duty of care transfer note for your records, proving legal disposal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to download WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is free to download on iPhone and Android. If you prefer, you can call us directly and describe the job or send a photo by text instead.
What kind of photo should I send?
A clear photo from a few feet back showing all the waste is ideal. If it is in multiple rooms or areas, send one photo of each. No need to move anything — we just need to see what is there.
How quickly will I get a quote?
During business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) we typically reply within 15 minutes. Outside those hours, we will get back to you first thing the next morning.
Is the quote guaranteed?
Yes. Once you accept our quote, that is the price you pay. The only exception is if the actual waste is significantly different from the photo — and we will always agree any change before we start.
Can I cancel after accepting a quote?
Of course. There is no obligation until we arrive and begin loading. If you need to cancel, just let us know and there is no charge.
What happens to my waste?
We sort everything at a licensed waste transfer station. Recyclable materials go to recycling, reusable items are donated where possible, and only what genuinely cannot be recovered goes to landfill. We recycle over 90% of what we collect.
